    As we are expanding our activities in The Netherlands, a new position has become available in our Terneuzen office for a
    Multi Modal Freight Forwarder.
    The role will require a candidate who has gained experience of working in Short-sea liner services, Multi Modal transport and freight forwarding.

     

    The role responsibilities will include;

    • Liaising with clients
    • Taking booking details
    • Arranging collections and deliveries
    • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
    • Making reservations with carriers, hauliers, etc
    • Keeping customers up to date and informed at all times
    • Resolving any issues that arise in a time efficient manner
    • Tracking and tracing freight shipments
    • ´Working closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines
     


    Requirements

    • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including good standards of IT literacy
    • Dutch, English, Germany speaking
    • Proven ability to develop strong business relationships both internally and externally.
